About Our Pricing
Your pricing is based on your lawn's square footage. We quote and adjust based on access, slopes, trees, and first‑visit resets.
Level Billing
Equal monthly payments for a 6‑month season or a 12‑month annual plan. Save 5% when you pay your 6‑month season in full. Save 10% when you pay your 12‑month annual plan in full.
Recurring Setup Fee
A one‑time $99 setup fee is due at acceptance to reserve your route position.

One-time mowing: $129 minimum (first 60 minutes for 1-2 person crew)
Weekly cuts (from $49 per cut): Add to your package anytime
Bi-weekly mowing (July–Oct): 50% above weekly rate

Example:
Two techs for 1 hr 30 min = 3 man‑hours
Bill = $129 for the first hour + $50 per tech for an extra 30 min
Total = $229 before materials or haul fees.
How Our Treatments Work
Weed & Feed spray
Liquid broadleaf herbicide + liquid fertilizer in one pass.
Granular fertilizer
Slow‑release feeding for steady colour and root health.
Organic slow‑release (All‑Star)
Applied at a lighter ¾‑rate for year‑round clients to avoid overstimulation.
Timing
First Weed & Feed spray scheduled within 2 weeks of signup. Our licensed applicator will contact you 24 hours before arrival to confirm the date and time.
First granular as soon as the soil is workable and dry
Treatments alternate every 6–9 weeks
