we charge our minimum of $120+TAX
coverage & inclusions
🏒 Trigger Level: Snow is cleared at ¼" accumulation. For safety and quality, service is not performed after 11:00 a.m. unless the ¼" trigger has been reached before that time.
If the trigger is not met by 11:00 a.m., service will be deferred to the next snowfall event.
🏒 Frequency: Guaranteed service at least once every 24 hours after the trigger is met.
🏒 Heavy Snowfall Bonus: During extreme snow events, additional visits may be scheduled to ensure accessibility and safety.
🏒 Coverage Period: November 1st – April 30th (6 months).
🏒 Drifting Snow: Covered under this agreement.
🏒 Hard Pack: Hard-packed snow will be removed the following day after a snowstorm.
🏒 Ice Removal: Available as an add-on service for maximum safety during icy conditions. Pricing is based on lot size and severity.
🏒 Ice Melt Application: Ice melt products are available and billed separately.
🏒 Additional Charges may apply for: larger lots, Difficult access, on-demand or sudden service requests, and Snow removal outside of agreement dates (billed as an extra
push fee).
🏒 Crew Rotation for Quality: During heavy snowfall events, service may be staggered to ensure quality and safety for both clients and crews.
We'll do our best to clear your property quickly after a storm, but our capacity is limited due to high demand.
