How We Measure Your Snow Areas
Winter sizing is based on front paths and driveways only, not total property square footage. We measure the combined square footage of your front sidewalks, walkway to front door, front driveway, and (for Pro and All‑Star) back driveway and any city sidewalk access. This tells us how much area we're clearing per visit.
Level Billing
Winter is part of our 6‑month snow season (Nov–Apr) or the 12‑month full‑season plan. Pay monthly with equal payments, or save 5% when you pay your 6‑month season in full. Save 10% when you pay your 12‑month annual plan in full.
Season Setup Fee
A one‑time $99 setup fee is due at acceptance to secure your winter route position.
Winter Service Standards
Available with any Winter Package
Priority service add‑on — Earlier service within your route during snowfall events.
Multiple services per day — Additional same‑day visits during active snowfall, when available.
Salting, sanding, and ice control — Applied as needed for traction and safety.
Backyard and deck clearing — Where accessible and safe for crews.
Scraping hard‑pack snow — Mechanical removal of compacted or frozen buildup.
Major drift removal — Clearing wind‑formed drifts that exceed normal accumulation.
Windrow plowing — Clearing the city plow ridge at the end of your driveway.
Weekly service rates — For clients preferring scheduled weekly clearing.
Per‑event service — One‑time bookings with 24 hours or less notice billed at $129 minimum + tax, covering up to the first 60 minutes for a 1–2 person crew
Adaptive Service Menu
Trigger: Snow is cleared at ¼ inch of accumulation.
Service window: Once the trigger is met, clearing is completed within 24–48 hours.
Storm support: Extra visits may be added during major storms when possible.
Season: November 1 to April 30.
Access: Property must be accessible, and gates must open normally.
Hard pack: Scraping or chipping frozen/compacted snow is not included unless added as an add‑on.
Ice melt: Available and billed separately. Salt is applied as needed.
Extra push fee: Work outside agreement dates or outside trigger‑based service is billed at $129 minimum + tax, covering the first 60 minutes for a 1–2 person crew. After 60 minutes, time is billed at $100 per man‑hour, in 15‑minute increments. Materials billed separately.
Crew rotation: Service times may vary during heavy snowfall for crew safety.
We prioritize clients with mobility challenges, but timing may vary during heavy snowfall.
