• Pro Lawn: Includes one 60‑minute cleanup credit in spring or fall. Overages at standard rates.
• All‑Star Lawn: Includes two 60‑minute cleanup credits per year, plus one full trailer haul‑away included. Overages at standard rates.
• Full‑Season Plans: Cleanups may be bundled and billed through your 6‑month or 12‑month level‑billing plan.

Cleanup Service Standards
• First‑visit/reset billed at $1.67 per minute per man for the first visit; standard cleanup rates apply afterward.
• Large debris, stumps, concrete, or dirt piles quoted separately.
• Haul volume: Starter ¼ load, Pro ½ load, All‑Star 1 full load included.
• No bagging — all debris collected loose and hauled by volume.
• Eavestroughs: Ground‑safe ladder work only. No roof walking. Downspouts flushed where accessible. Heavy compaction or gutter guards may require time‑and‑materials at $100 per man‑hour.
• Access: Gates must open normally; unsafe or obstructed areas may be excluded.
• Equipment: Trimmers, blowers, rakes, shears, hand tools.
• Safety: No ladder work over 20 ft, no roof work, no hazardous material removal.
• Timing: Scheduled in a 1–3 day window depending on weather and workload.
